How to Configure Task Notifications in Webmail

Managing your tasks effectively means staying informed about important changes. CFDynamics webmail allows you to receive notifications whenever your tasks are created, edited, or deleted. Here's how to set this up:

Step 1: Access the Tasks Section

Begin by logging into your CFDynamics webmail account. On the left-hand navigation panel, locate and click on the Tasks link. This will open your task management area where you can view and organize all your tasks.

Step 2: Open Options

Once you're in the Tasks section, look for the Options button at the top of the page. Click on it to access additional settings and configuration choices for your task management experience.

Step 3: Navigate to Notifications

Within the Options menu, find and click on the Notifications link located in the middle section of the page. This is where you can control how and when you're alerted about changes to your tasks.

Step 4: Customize Your Notification Preferences

On the Notifications page, you can configure how you want to be notified when:

  • Tasks are created – Get alerted when new tasks are added
  • Tasks are edited – Stay informed when existing tasks are modified
  • Tasks are deleted – Know immediately when tasks are removed

For each notification type, you can select your preferred alarm method—whether that's an email alert, a pop-up notification, or another available option. Choose the settings that work best for your workflow.
