Once fully provisioned and active most services will have a Control Panel link that is available when logged in to the client area dashboard.
Click on the name of the Service you would like to manage, then click on the name again.
If your Control Panel link is not working correctly please conact support.
The Login Details link contains your encrypted password for FTPS service.
